🥗 Oat and chia water for weight loss

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon of rolled  oats

  • 1 tablespoon  of chia seeds

  • 1 glass  of water

  • Juice of  half a lemon  (optional)

Preparation:

  1. Add rolled oats and chia seeds to a glass of water.

  2. Let it  rest in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes  or overnight.

  3. Add lemon juice when eating, if desired.

  4. Stir well before drinking.

Ingredients:

  • 1 slice of  ginger

Preparation:

  2. Remove from the heat and stir in the lemon.

  3. Keep it warm.

👉 1 cup on an empty stomach  or before going to bed.
